You can use an Early Warning System (EWS) to structurally and strategically scan the horizon for new developments, initiatives, and innovations. After identifying (early) signals of change, the information is interpreted in an EWS and translated into appropriate action.
In our workshop, we explain the basic principles of an early warning system and teach you how to work with a number of signalling methods and techniques and how to make early signalling a permanent part of your organisation.
